At Altaie Store we want you satisfied. This policy separates physical and digital products so expectations are clear.
📦 Physical (home) products
You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receipt if the item is damaged, defective, or clearly not as described.
Return conditions:
- Unused, in original condition.
- Original packaging and accessories included.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order number).
⚡ Digital products
Digital sales are final once the code is delivered. Refunds apply only if we confirm a technical issue from our system before you use the code.
🔄 How to request a return
- Contact support as soon as you notice a problem (email or WhatsApp).
- Provide your order number and clear photos/video for physical defects.
- After approval, we arrange pickup of the returned item.
💵 Refunds
After we receive and inspect the return, we refund using the same payment channel when possible (Zain Cash, FastPay, FIB, Qi Card), or arrange transfer for COD orders. Contact us at: contact@altaie.store
