1. Using the site

• You must be 18 or use the site under a guardian’s supervision.
• You confirm that order details (name, email, phone) are accurate so we can fulfil physical and digital orders.

2. Shipping & delivery

We sell two product types with different delivery rules:

• Physical (home) products: shipped across Iraq via trusted carriers. Time and cost depend on the governorate.
• Digital products: delivered quickly by email or your account after payment confirmation.

3. Payment methods

We support secure options that suit most orders:

• Cash on delivery: physical orders only, when the courier delivers.
• E-wallets: Zain Cash, FastPay, for digital and physical purchases.
• Bank channels: Qi Card, FIB app, and similar approved methods.

4. Digital returns

Because digital items (codes, gift cards, game credit) are instant, they are not returnable after delivery unless we verify a technical fault on our side.
